Were Osborne and Howe really Max Kortlander?

I noticed the earlier thread about Otto Higel rolls.  I have two, 'Loyal
Canadians -- March' and 'O -- Fox Trot (Johnson)'.  I have to agree they
are top class rolls, both in arrangements and materials used.  The 'O'
Fox-trot, in particular, is one of my favourite rolls.
