I mentioned I had an Ampico Knabe for sale and have received two offers.
I would like some help on determining the true value of my instrument for
negotiation purposes.  I am elderly and need the funds to live on.

FS: 6-foot Knabe Ampico A in walnut Louis XIV case.  Condition is very
good.  Mechanism plays but needs adjustment.  I do not have written
documentation that it was formerly owned by Herbert Hoover but I would
imagine sales records, if still available, might disclose this.

Condition of the case looks as though someone placed a sheet over it
for 20 years.  Tone is excellent.  I also have many rolls, most in good
playable condition, some played by Gershwin, Rachmaninoff and Paderewski.
