According to J. Lawrence Cook, Osborne & Howe were QRS house names used
for 4-hand arrangements.  They were usually arranged by JLC, though any
of the arrangers could, and did, use the names.  It is possible that
Osborne & Howe was used for some numbers that artists didn't want their
names on.
