Lee Valley Tools and Glue
By Nelson Denton

For all those who wish to "Do it Yourself" (and especially the very
serious types, too), check out the new 1997-98 catalogue from Lee Valley
Tools, at

   http://www.leevalley.com

The catalogue is $5.00 Canadian, refundable with first purchase. It has
252 full-colour pages of specialized tools and supplies for woodworking,
clock making, toy, musical instrument, hobby, gardening, etc.

I use their 202 GF glues (page 44) for all my wood to wood joints that
I don't want to come apart. It's is much better than regular carpenters
glues for sanding and it does not leave stains on the wood. The tapered
plug cutters work just as well as they say.

Anybody need antique Buffard Freres Banding? They've got it. (page 240)
Check out the harpsichord (page 249)

It's "to die for" stuff. :-)))) I've got at least one of everything*.

( *but only on my Christmas wish list. :-(((((
( Tracy, are you reading this, dear? (Hint! - Hint!) )
