Seek "Campbell Soup Kids" Music

A friend of mine, Harvey Roehl, is seeking a hard copy of the musical
score for the following tune:

  Title: "Campbell Soup Kids"
  Composer: Gus Edwards
  Source: Broadway musical "School Days"
  Date: 1908

Anyone have a copy or a source for a copy ?
