Roll Cutter Machinery
By Michael Walter

Robert Perry asked for comments about roll perforating machinery that
he believes is Lebarjan and available for purchase. IMHO I would say
to get it, if the price were something that he could afford. It does
sound intriguing, although Robert didn't mention about a cutting head or
a price. Robert also didn't mention if the rust present on the machine
was surface rust, or structurally damaging rust. Electric motors can
always be replaced. If it a Lebarjan, as the literature would suggest,
I haven't heard of very many large machines ever being made. Acme, yes,
Lebarjan, no. Then on the other hand, how many perforators have you
seen recently, just sitting around?

I'd say "Go for the Gusto!!". I'm certain that there is someone with
a computer somewhere who would love to make new piano rolls.

Good luck Mike Walter
