Portland is close to Corvallis, OR, and in my opinion the best tech-
tuner is Denis Wilkenson.  He has done extensive work on my Seeburg
orchestrion, and has tuned my Mills Violano and my Stroud Duo-Art.  His
specialty is restoration of reproducing pianos.  He is also the tuner for
Portland State Univ.
