     1. No the men are not there anymore.

     2. The factory has been divided into small specialty shops, a
        bakery, a card shop, coffee shop, a knitting shop, and similar
        shops.

     3. The condition of the factory is "kept up"  remodeled.

     4. Reblitz does nothing to do with the factory, and most likely
        was there only to photograph the pictures.
