I am conducting a survey of RAM (Ragtime Automatic Music) products. I have
been compiling lots of information both positive and negative, and would like
to obtain enough information to form some type of objective opinion, this
information will be posted at a later date on our web site for one and all
to see...

Here is the information I need for the survey:

   (1) What was  musical condition of the "restored" pianos received
       from RAM.

   (2) The player action performance -- How long is the life expectancy
       of the stack ?

   (3) What is the design of the unit ?

   (4) Pricing: wholesale .vs. retail -- does a wholesale price sheet
       really exist?

   (5) Shipping:  Whats the turnaround time ?

   (6) Does RAM honor their warranty?

   (7) Are you pleased or  displeased with your machine (or one that you
       have worked on) ?
