I have told a few people who were searching for sheet music about
the Bagaduce Music Lending Library in Blue Hill, ME (P.O. Box 829,
Blue Hill, ME 04614 (phone 207-347-5454)).

Now I just discovered their web page (who doesn't have one nowadays?).

The library says there, in part, that its mission is "to collect,
preserve, and lend printed music ..." as well as music education
activities.

They charge an annual fee of $10 up front and then from $0.50 to $1.50
for each copy of sheet music they send.  You can get order form and
particulars by phoning, writing to the above number or address, or
e-mailing to: musiclib@hypernet.com

By the way, the name "Bagaduce" comes from the river on which Blue Hill
is located.
