Rex Lawson has made a number privately for his recitals.  His address

I also believe Play-Rite made some copies of Nancarrow's originals for
an AMICA Convention some time back.  Presumably the originals are all
at the Paul-Sacher Foundation in Basel, Switzerland, with his Ampico
uprights.
