Enjoyed and also agree with your note.  I had my A Ampico 6-foot grand
restrung and refitted with new hammers etc.  Today the piano sounds
better than any Steinway.  Although the mechanism needs a tune-up the
piano itself is very playable and a source of enjoyment.
