Over the years, I've had two occasions where I needed a leather belt of
seemingly odd dimensions.  On both occasions, I've simply visited a
local shop specializing in automotive V-belts.  I was not interested in
a V-belt, by the proprietor seems to occasionally receive requests for
odd leather belts, particularly for farm machinery.  In a couple days,
both times, he provided me with exactly what I needed at reasonable
cost.  Seems he has a link with a local leather house capable of making
such belts.  Might be worth a try in your local area.
