Sorry!  I dug out the catalogue and checked things out.  I was wrong,
when I "accused ;->" Craig Brougher of writing a book on player piano
service and restoring.  As correctly assumed by Robbie, it indeed was
the Orchestrion Builders Manual and Pneumatics Handbook.  This is sold
at DM 138, about US$ 70, excl. shipping.  Quite expensive.

However, the Reblitz book, Player Piano Servicing and Rebuilding, is
offered in the same catalogue.  Since they want DM 68 for it, about
US$ 37, excl. shipping, this also is not a good alternative as long
as Marty Roenigk is able to sell at US$ 20.  Even when it has to be
shipped abroad this would be the better solution.

Sorry again for the confusion.  It reminded me to stay with the
method of check-and-double-check.
