I was wondering why all player piano and coin piano wood finishes of
the twenties were so dark?  It seems everything was very dark back then
even the old boxes.  Why were the roaring twenties so black?

The other thing I was wondering about was why there was such a huge
interest in "Hawaiian tunes"?
