By a curious coincidence 'Operation Amsterdam' will be shown on
television in the UK this coming Saturday on channel 4 from 7-9 PM.
Following all the recent correspondence on the list no doubt UK
subscribers like me will have their videos set to record it.
Unfortunately John Farrell has already given away the ending.

By another coincidence I also have a copy of 'Amsterdamed' which I only
ever watched once.  It's not the sort of film you would want to watch
very often.  If my memory is correct I can confirm that it really is
about some sci-fi horror emerging from the canals.  My excuse for
recording this is that I used to live in the Netherlands and anything
which reminds me of my time there is very welcome.  I must watch it
again for the 'draaiorgel' interest.
