Ephraim,  I was in a similar place with a player piano and an incorrect
lower action.  I needed a Pratt-Read lower action, but unfortunately, I
was stuck with a Gulbranson that I had to adapt using all kinds of Rube
Goldberg connections.

Someone (Ed Chabin, CA) did me a favor and provided me with the correct
lower (and a spare upper).  That leaves me with this Gulbransen lower
action.  You are welcome to it for the cost of shipping.  I have no
other Gulbransen parts.
