Anyone ever seen the 20-minute film "Organs On Wheels"?  It was made
around 1977 by Reinier Meijer and distributed by the Netherlands
Government Information Service (RVD).  With no dialogue, it tells
about the Dutch street organ culture.  I called the Netherlands Embassy
in Washington, and they couldn't help.
