Hi, I thought this item would have had a few responses by now, so I'll
put my bit in.

Nigel's Weber can be converted to a full electric Duo-Art or even a
full pedal Duo-Art (like I did to a Steck upright); I suppose anything
*can* be done, but what you should do is another question altogether.

The tracker bar is the same, but other parts would obviously need to
be added or modified.  The Weber grand pedal Duo-Art is definitely a
very nice player and probably quite unusual and might be best to keep
it as is.

Pedal half Duo-Art's do sound close to a full Duo-Art and, in my
opinion, are better at playing Themodist rolls.  (I have both in here
at the moment so I can compare them).

The Pedal Duo-Art works on the same principals as the full Duo-Art but
without the theme regulator.  If the tubing is all there you should
draw a diagram of it before you dismantle.  You can work it out from
the full Duo-Art diagram in the 1927 service manual.  Apart from the
missing bits there is only a few slight variations.

I really don't know why they would have built a Weber grand pedal
Duo-Art, it certainly would not have been for a "cheaper model" if in
a Weber grand.  Maybe it was for the wealthy persons country hideaway
that had no power!
