That song appears on an old Concert LP, Maesto Music by Moonlight (?).
It is a humorous song lyric, which I recall my grandmother singing in
German, but can't remember.  The tune, though, was familiar, and may
have been used for an American popular song circa WW1.  Memory slips,
though.
