In revisiting variations of roller organ labels (for Gem, etc.) I began
sampling for some pattern.  I assumed that: higher numbers are later
issues; newer labels would be used in reissuing older titles, but older
labels would cease being used at some number.  Is there fallacy in this
reasoning?

So, in order to test this, I'd like to find the highest number used
for each label.  Would those interested please let me know if you
have numbers outside these ranges for these styles? Or other styles?
(I don't have a large enough collection, and few high numbers!)

1) Red, patent date, capital "O" in "NO.", thick outer circle ...
numbers #1 - #645

2) Like 1), but italicized roller number ... only number #655

3) Red, patent date, small "o" in "No.", thin and thick circles ...
numbers #21 - #1036

4) Red, patent date but "JULY" in all caps, small "o" in "No.,
no outer circle ... numbers #187 - #252

5) Red, patent number, small "o" in "No., no outer circle ...
numbers #24 - #1002

6) Like 5), but hyphen between "No." and number, roller name in
center ...  only number #207

7) Like 5), but White ... numbers #22 - #1117

(Mr. Dutton suggested in a previous post to MMD that the red labels
were last used on #1186.)

On the other end:

1) Red, no emblem, two sentences, thick outer circle ...
numbers #2 - #655

2) Red, no emblem, one sentence, thick outer circle ...
numbers #4 - #645

3) Red, 8-pointed emblem, one sentence, thin outer circle ...
numbers #13 - #1036

4) White, 4-pointed emblem, one sentence, no outer circle ...
