Thanks for all the discussion on the White Metal vs.  Hoyt Metal vs.
whatever...  I hadn't intended to start a big debate but it was
interesting to read.

Anyway several Digests ago someone was looking for a good technician in
Manassas,Va and I emailed him with mine but thought there would be
others in The Old Dominion that peruse the MMD that may be in need also.
If this is allowed I would highly recommend the one I have used since
1992.  He did a fantastic job of resurrecting our 6'3" Chickering Ampico
and has done an amazing job of servicing it since.  He said I could put
his name "out there" for anyone looking for a re-builder, restorer,
creator, and servicer of ALL mechanical music goodies. He has an 800
number, too.  (800-962-TUNE) and is in Staunton, Va and travels to all
areas of VA and parts of W VA. Anyway...if you think appropriate to post
here the info is...
