After some correspondence with Ken Vinen, it was evident that the
"Shadow Waltz" on his recording and the one in "42nd Street" and
"Gold Diggers of 1933" are _not_ the same song.  I am sending this
clarification so that the discussion can be redirected toward Ken's
original intended question.
