Robbie: "Lots of rotary switches" is indeed the hallmark of the
Novachord.  Mine has a single row of them all across the fallboard.
If you saw more than one row, it was a prototype or experimental model.
There is one "combination" knob you twist to throw all the switches
into a "standard" starting position.
