Would you have any idea what to offer for a 5' figured walnut
1930's-ish Welte baby grand piano?  Wonderful tone.  Keys are perfect.
Physical condition would be 9 out of 10.

It's an unusual manufacturer about which I can find no information
(I am not educated on old pianos).  Any help/insight you could offer
would be much appreciated.  Thanks.
