received my copy of the new SlotTime A-Roll, "New Chicago - Volume 1",
arranged by George Bogatko and produced by Durrell Armstrong.  I
purchased it from Paul Gottschalk.

Included with it was an A-roll catalog and an order form.  The back of
the order form shows the shipping rate for Wurlitzer APP rolls.

I would suggest that Rick write Paul and see what he has in stock.
