New Welte-Mignon CD-ROM for PowerRoll
By Larry Broadmoore

Those who own Welte-Mignon (Licensee) or so-called Welte "Original"
systems made in the U. S., may be interested to know that a library of
digital music-roll images is now available for the PowerRoll Electrical
Music Roll, for use on their reproducing pianos.

I received the following communication from Wayne Stahnke today:

> The Welte-Mignon CD-ROM is complete and ready for issue. There are
> 60 selections on the disk; a list of the titles is attached. You may
> inform your customers that it is in stock and ready for purchase, if
> you like.

It is my understanding that these selections (please contact me for the
complete list) are carefully hand-picked fine recordings and in many
cases extremely rare ones, including many rolls played by the following
artists:

  Walter Gieseking
  Vladimir de Pachmann
  Fannie Bloomfield Zeisler
  Katinka Narinska
  Vee Lawnhurst
  Howard Lutter
  Alfredo Casella and Ottorino Respighi

Purchasers of the PowerRoll exclusively, may buy this CD-ROM for a
special price of only $59.50. For further information about the
PowerRoll and our Octet Design disk reader which is being especially
manufactured to play the Stahnke CD-ROM recordings on the PowerRoll,
please contact me.
