We would all appreciate a comprehensive listing of MM places, but
these postings have an additional purpose.  Some of us in far-off
places enjoy meeting fellow MMDers on their travels, and these requests
for information alert us so that we can offer suitable hospitality.  In
the UK Julian Dyer and I seem to have become a sort of unofficial MMD
welcoming committee; we have thoroughly enjoyed meeting MMDers from
other countries.
