Back in the 1998.04.22.05 MMD, I see that Todd Augsburger poses
the question, "Can you describe more fully the purpose/action of
these records."

It was followed up with a description, but since then, I've run across
a web site that has an image of the viewing setup and has *actual
samples* of the animation on the records.  The animation is quite
remarkable, and the web site's author was quite ingenious in scanning
in and animating the labels for everyone to view.  The web site is:

Check it out, it's worthwhile; there are three animation samples,
further down the page.  I'd sure like to find one of these records,
just for curiosity's sake!
