The information on Chein toy pianos or PianoLodeon is scant at best.
According to an Aunt I have who is an antique dealer, Chein Co. was
a maker of metal toys in the thirties'; they made the pianos probably
to boost sales.  How many were made, or when exactly, is probably not
known.  I will try to accumulate more info.
