Blenheim Palace, ancestral seat of the Duke of Marlborough, is the
location.  In another scene a Yamaha piano completes a piece by itself,
being an electronic reproducing piano.

I had the feeling that they wanted the organ to go on playing when
Connery was at the console, since it is a player also, but had to
settle for piano so as not to lose a good idea (and a cheap one,
considering the cost of the sets and effects).  Some other scenes
were at Blenheim.

I did miss seeing if the organ console shown was the one at Blenheim or
a stand-in.
