I got mine.  I checked Tower Records and HMV (CD megastore) in
Philadelphia.  Nobody knew what I was talking about.  They both did
searches using cross-referencing on their respective computer systems.
This occurred on this past Friday and Saturday (Aug 28, 29).

While waiting for a movie in Ardmore, PA, I stopped to check the nearby
Sam Goody store.   They had two copies on the shelf and I bought one.

It is an amazing recording.  My impression was that the dynamics were
more precisely controlled than any pneumatic system could do, sounding
like a "live" recording.

Great job, Mr. Stahnke.  I noticed that the recording date is August,
1996, but the release date is August, 1998.  I wonder what took so
long.
