Hi All,  Armed with the information I received from Andy Taylor (in
the Piano Roll Digest) and information and physical support from Terry
Dolan (at QRS) via the MMD, I feel relatively confident that I will be
able to resolve the problems with the Pianomation 1 system belonging to
a customer of mine.

Andy, being an electronics technician, and Terry, having access to a
myriad of information and parts, have supplied me with enough parts and
information to accurately trouble-shoot the problem.  When the problems
are finally resolved, I will send in another posting to let the rest of
you know exactly what was found and how the problem was resolved.

The point of this letter is to let everyone know that the PRD and the
MMD are extremely valuable resources that are more than worthy of all
the support we can give them.
