Seek Regina Christmas Songs for Copying
By Joel Hoshaw

Hello all, I would dearly love to have the old arrangements of two
particular Christmas tunes for my 15-1/2" Regina. These are arrange-
ments that I've heard on recordings for over 20 years but I have had no
luck in finding to purchase, new or otherwise. In particular, they are
The First Noel and Jingle Bells. Unfortunately I do not have the
original tune numbers.

I have heard Dwight Porter's arrangements, and they are not the same.
Barry Johnson does not offer these titles at all. If anyone has these
discs, would you consider loaning them as masters so that the arrange-
ments can be shared with those of us who hold them so dear?

I have not contacted anyone, but I would expect that Barry Johnson
Music Box Company would be a good prospect for getting the discs
mastered and making new copies. If anyone has these old arrangements
and is willing to discuss this, please email me [address below].

Of course this is just a thought. Maybe someone has a better idea.

Best regards,

Joel Hoshaw
