Web Access Problems
By Bryan Cather

Is Foxtail down? I can't seem to get the MMD web site, either by
entering the URL, or via the link published in the last Digest.
I suppose that if this note gets bopped back as undeliverable that
Foxtail is down...

Bryan Cather

[ Foxtail is alive and well, Bryan. The last letter from you to
[ <rollreq> was received 30 December. When your email program
[ or browser reports "Cannot locate domain foxtail.com..." it usually
[ means that your specified Dynamic Name Server (DNS) has trouble.
[ The TCP/IP settings at your computer can be configured to use a DNS
[ which you specify, or to use the DNS which your Internet Service
[ Provider (ISP) provides. In Windows 95 the DNS settings are at
 [ Settings/Control Panel/Internet/Internet Properties/Connection/
 [ Server Types/ TCP/IP Settings
 [
[ When the problem occurs, telephone your ISP and ask for advice.
[ Advice and help is why you pay 'em every month! -- Robbie
