Seek Neoprene Tubing for Organ Restoration

We're planning restoration of the Decap Cafe Organ.  At this stage
we're getting supplies together, and at this end of the world materials
are not so easy to get.

We need 2000 feet of neoprene tubing with an internal diameter of
5/16-inch.  Can anyone help please?  Thanks
