"Music Masterworks" MIDI Sequencer
By John Kleinbauer

Hi All, A few weeks ago I told you about a program called Sound Club.
Sound Club lets you enter music in the computer just like a player
piano. A piano roll is displayed on the screen from left to right.
The program is perfect for anyone who is thinking of making their own
piano rolls. One drawback is the program is not sold in this country.
An other drawback is the program is a demo and you cannot save your
song.

Now for some really good news! I found a program called Music
Masterworks. I found this program while I was searching for MIDI
editors. The program supports MIDI and you can enter notes on a staff
or you can switch to piano roll mode. In the piano roll mode a piano
keyboard appears vertically on the left hand side of the screen. You
can enter notes by cutting holes in the paper or you can switch back
and put your notes on a staff. The program also saves in MIDI format.
The program works for several days before it shuts down. You will have
plenty of time to decide if you want to buy this program. The program
can be found at:

   http://www.download.com/

In the search box put in "Music Masterworks". This program is in
zip-file form, so you must un-zip it.
