MIDI For 92-key Decap Cafe Organ
By Michael Woolf

MMDers will know that we're researching for the rebuild of our 92-key
Decap Cafe Organ. We will play from books (if we can get any!) but
we want to add MIDI control as well. This was done successfully with
our Wurlitzer theatre organ through its electrical system, but now
we're talking pneumatics.

I would like to ask if any readers have experience or advice for us.
I know that Harvey and Marion Roehl have added MIDI to their Gavioli,
with a transducer frame that sits snugly atop the keys, and that this
was done without in any way affecting the originality of the organ.

Another possibility may be to tee from the pneumatic lines under the
keyframe. We would appreciate any comment. Thanks!
