I acquired an early QRS 88-note music roll that resembles a standard
player piano roll, except it is 15-1/4" wide between the wooden
flanges.  One flange has a 1/4" diameter mounting hole and the other
flange has a 1/4" square recess.  The note spacing is approximately
6 notes per inch.

The box is original and is black.  Does anyone know what instrument
this might fit?
