Back in MMD 970122, Don Teach mentioned that Art Reblitz was rewriting
the Violano service book and that the project would take about a year
or so to complete.

A little over two years later, I have to ask the question: Does anyone
know how this project is coming?  Is it still in the works, and is
there a revised publication date?

We all know how our best estimates for project times seem to always
fall short, so I am not that surprised to find out that the job is
taking a little longer than originally assumed.  I would dearly like
a copy of this book (or a first edition if I could find one for sale)
so I can return the one I have borrowed.
