Beginning June 15, 1999, we will change our marketing structure,
selling the PowerRoll through dealers at a suggested list price of
$2,495.  The purpose of this price increase is to provide additional
incentive to dealers and potential dealers, to promote the PowerRoll.

Potential customers who have been thinking of buying the PowerRoll can
still purchase at the $1,495 price until June 15, 1999.
