Hi all.  Does any member have knowledge of the Mechanical Music scene
in Ireland, especially Eire?  I ask because I have just sold on a
player that will end up at a home for disabled children in Sligo, and
it has set me wondering about the potential for further sales there.
Do players exist in any quantity in the Emerald Isle?

I have visited most of that country over the last 20 years and cannot
recall seeing one.  Admittedly, most of my time was spent in darkened
bars consuming the black stuff, or on the banks of its glorious rivers.
What is the experience of other members?

Like many other Brits, my thoughts are with those of the group who
have homes or relatives in [the tornado region of] Oklahoma and Kansas.
Rebuilding players tends to be put into perspective when seeing such
scenes of devastation.
