I was interested to see Richard Tonnesen's determination of the speed
of a pneumatic signal.  Was the volume of the system kept constant for
the various measurements?  If not is Richard quite sure that he has
measured the propagation velocity rather than looking at delay
introduced by increasing the overall volume of the test setup?
