I found MIDI file <adam.mid>, "Aan de Amsterdamse Grachten", by Peter
Shott.  It's in imitation of the famous song played on the Amsterdam
barrel organs, arranged by Paul Leenhouts, a member of the Amsterdam
Loeki Stardust Quartet.  Hans van Oost provided some more information:

 "The song 'Aan de Amsterdamse grachten' ('To the Amsterdam Canals')
  was made famous in the late fifties by the Dutch cabaret singer
  Wim Sonneveld; the street organs followed soon.

 "A few years ago the song was picked up again by the leader of a well-
  known recorder quartet, named the 'Loekie Stardust kwartet', which
  normally plays classical and modern works. They made an arrangement
  for four recorders that sounds really nice.

 "The song is about the nostalgia of a grown man about the old house on
  a canal where his grandmother used to live, and that now has been
  rebuilt to be an office.  He is, however, glad to notice that the
  trees along the canals and the boats therein have survived."

It's a lovely song, and a fine MIDI arrangement.
