I would like to thank all who responded to My query for a Philco M4
phono cartridge, The Philco is now working perfectly, thanks to
locating a complete M4 record changer, with a perfect green hammertone
finish with a good needle.

I finished assembling the Philco 48-1270 together last night, and
installed the rebuilt chassis, and replacement phono.  The unit is
absolutely gorgeous.  Early this morning, I finally got to hear Mom and
Dad's old gospel records again on the same model radio, which by the
way, are still in great shape. The old records are still crystal clear,
with no "needle" noise or hissing.

As the records played for the first time in 25 years, The memories of
my childhood flooded my soul, and I cried like a baby.
