Philip,  We charge $400 per day for our large trailer mounted organ and
$200 per day for the Raffin.  We don't rent the Raffin any more except
for an hour or two due to my increasing arthritis and tendonitis.

We charge the above rates for commercial activities.  For private
events, we negotiate our fees in accordance with the group involved.
Schools, churches, nursing homes and the like we don't charge anything
as we consider it a service or gift.  These fees are comparable to
other types of entertainment like jugglers, talking robots, etc.

For your situation, you can judge what kind of a "show" you put on
and charge accordingly.  I also have a sample contract if you are
interested in seeing it.  It is one I modified from one that Dan Wilke
showed me for renting his monkey organ.
