Large Music Box Identification and Value?
By Rick Inzero

A relative has a very large antique cylinder music box that I'd like to
find out something about, particularly a ballpark guess on value. It's
been in his family since new, and has only been moved to a different
house once in its lifetime, and it's in truly excellent condition.

In hindsight, I wish I'd measured it, but I didn't so I'll have to
guess that it's 12-14 inches front to back, and about the same top to
bottom. It's about 4 feet wide. There's a cylinder storage drawer in
the bottom of the box. It winds with a crank lever. It has a very
ornate/beautiful "fan" on the governor.

In the little time I had to look at it, a pen and ink paper label
inside the cover provided the most information:

Sublime Harmony Picolo (I may have the last word a bit wrong)
13524 16" 31"

There was a song listing on the label as well; not being familiar with
classical music it was too difficult for me to read the elaborate
cursive writing on the long song titles and write them down.

I think it had 3 combs, at least. It has multi-tune interchangeable
cylinders; I think each plays at least 6 songs. They have
4-6 cylinders for it.

Any clues, pointers to information, and guesses would be greatly
appreciated! The public library here is pretty sparse on such
information.
