Gluing Glad Wrap Plastic Pouch Material
By Craig Brougher

Bernt Damm was asking how to glue Glad Wrap down to wood to make
pouches with. If anybody ever discovers the secret, please let us
all know! That stuff would really be keen.

The whole idea behind Glad Wrap (I always thought) was to seal out
the air after you baked a cake or something like that. So it had to
be completely inert and "unstickable to anything." Its sticky quality
is its ability to stretch around plates and bowls and hang on with
tension.

When I use Glad Wrap for cutout pouches, it has to be sandwiched
between two layers of either plastic or wood, with a little silicone
grease to assure a good seal. It's in the "Book."
