I acquired a nickelodeon which uses Style 0 rolls. It plays
beautifully!  However, it will not rewind after the final song.

I traced the B hole (re-roll) tube back to two pneumatics that look to
me to be in a "lock" arrangement.  Sometimes the roll will begin to
rewind only a few inches and then it will return to play until the
paper reaches the rewind punch.  Then it will begin to rewind only a
few inches.  This process would then repeat over and over again.

By removing the tubing from the above mentioned pneumatics, I can then
get the roll to rewind.  If the tubes are replaced before the rewind is
complete, the roll begins to play.  Help!
