Dealing with Overseas Customers
By Deane Wiley

I have been selling throughout the world for over a year now, servicing
eBay sales. I have been selling mostly music (phonograph records) but
also old radios and antique phonographs.

I fail to see any problem with this. I have had prompt pay in US
dollars, and extremely competent and eager buyers, in every case.
I have packaged things very little differently than I do for the U.S.

Time is a factor if related to U.S. sales, but why the big hurry? An
eBay sale from first posting to final receipt of funds can take 30 days
in the U.S. Very little more in dealing with Japan, Holland, Great
Britain, Germany, Australia, Jakarta, and Borneo, to name a few of the
places I have been selling things. Try it out!! It works, if both
parties are of average patience. But then, isn't that a prerequisite
for most sales?
